Beverly Hills Meetup w/ LA Skate Hunnies

9400 South Santa Monica BLVD Beverly Hills, CA 90210

The largest roller skate community in LA — female-founded, community-focused, and volunteer-run. Founded in 2020 by Jen Yonda, who moved to LA from the East Coast and started hosting Thursday meetups for a handful of skaters after finding the city's existing group-skate scene inaccessible for newcomers and light on female representation. Weekly attendance grew to 50+ within a few months, and it's kept growing since. Weekly meetups, pop-up rinks, skate lessons and talent on wheels. Their staple is Thursday Night Skate: a free group ride every Thursday at 7pm, in rotating locations across LA, with first Thursdays the most beginner-friendly route.
