1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any display name you choose. When you submit a report, check-in, or use the Roll Safe feature, we collect location data, spot data, and emergency contact information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide real-time skate conditions, facilitate community check-ins, and to trigger emergency alerts via SMS, Voice Call, and Email if you fail to check back in from a Roll Safe session.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security. We never share your personal contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Roll Safe Emergency Alerts

By using Roll Safe, you explicitly authorize Rink Report to send automated SMS, Voice, and Email alerts to your designated emergency contact. Standard messaging rates may apply.

5. Minors & Teen Safety

Rink Report is designed to be enjoyed by roller skaters of all ages, including teens. If a parent or guardian configures the Roll Safe feature for a minor, they are acknowledging that the emergency contact information provided belongs to a responsible adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can securely delete it.
