Delete your account

You can delete your Rink Report account at any time, from inside the app or by asking us. Deletion is permanent — there is no undo and no recovery period.

In the app

Open Profile
Scroll to Delete account
Type your email to confirm

If you have a paid subscription, it is cancelled automatically as part of deletion. You will not be charged again.

If you can't sign in

Email info@gracecoding.com from the address on the account. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, username, photo and bio
Your skate log and streak
Your Roll Safe sessions and saved emergency contacts
Your crews, crew messages and any location you shared
Your favourites and notification settings

What stays, without your name on it

Condition reports and check-ins you contributed stay in the app, with your account unlinked from them. They're what tells the next skater whether a floor is smooth or a lot is full — removing them would take that away from everyone else, and once the link is cut they say nothing about you.

If you run a host page, the page stays and simply becomes unclaimed. If you started a crew that other people are still in, it carries on without you — ownership passes to its longest-standing member. A crew with nobody else in it goes with your account.
