Rue Saint-Hubert is pedestrianized (car-free, skateable) only during summer -- confirmed via Radio-Canada: the inaugural closure ran July 4-Aug 25, 2024, as part of Montreal's annual summer pedestrian-street program. The rest of the year this is a normal street with car traffic, not a skate spot. "Open 24 Hours" was wrong the other ~10 months of the year; corrected here. Exact 2026 dates not confirmed -- check Ville de Montreal's rues pietonnes program before publishing specific dates.
