1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rink Report, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our application.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the reports you submit. Abusive language, false reports, or spam will result in content removal or account suspension.

3. Roll Safe Feature

The Roll Safe feature is a community safety net, not a guarantee of emergency response. Rink Report is not liable for un-delivered alerts due to network issues, carrier failures, or incorrect contact information. You assume all risk when skating.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
